Description

Tension spring is a spiral spring bearing axial tension, the hook form has a side hook spring, long hook spring, English hook spring, German hook spring, semicircle hook spring, duck beak hook spring and so on. Most extension springs are usually under some degree of tension, even without any load. This initial tension determines how tightly the stretch spring is wound without any load.

Tension spring production process:
spring wire → spring winding → low temperature stress relief annealing → high temperature degreasing → washing → dilute hydrochloric acid washing → washing → electric galvanizing (80 min) → washing → blanking → dehydrogenation treatment (200 ℃, 4 h) → feeding → washing → color passivation → washing → drying → blanking → inspection
